Personalised or engraved products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged. Personalised goods are sent via the Royal Mail. Please let us know if your goods don't arrive in the specified time. Replacement goods will be sent if an item gets lost in the post.
Fancy Dress Costumes cannot be returned if they simply don't fit. We do however offer an exchange policy if you notify us within 48 hours of receipt and you will be responsible for all extra postage costs.
Children's Toys and Furniture items will be replaced or refunded in full only if they arrive damaged. If you just change your mind and decide you want to return one of these items then the cost of returning them will be your responsibility and the initial delivery costs will not be refunded.

You can pay online using your credit or debit card or by PayPal or alternitavely you can pay by cheque or postal order. Overseas customers must pay online.
