Personalised Gifts will be dispatched within 10 working days. Our Standard Fancy Dress Costumes will be dispatched within 48 hours by 1st Class Recorded Post. Our Designer Range of Costumes will be dispatched within 48 hours by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. Children's Toys will be dispatched within 7 days. Overseas customers will be charged at a standard rate depending on location.

If you need your goods quickly you can choose our Express Delivery option for £5.95 per order which is available for our Personalised Necklaces, Keyrings & Bracelets, Un-personalised goods and some of our Personalised Gifts. (It will state in the listing if Express Delivery is not available). Engraved & Embroidered Gifts will be dispatched within 2 working days and sent by Special Next Day Delivery. Decorated Glass, Ceramic Gifts and Candles will be dispatched within 3 working days and sent by Special Next Day Delivery. If you choose the Express Delivery option for Fancy Dress, your goods will be dispatched on the next working day by Next Day Delivery which you'll need to sign for.
