If I order today when will I expect to receive my goods?
Items displayed on our website are in stock unless otherwise stated. We aim to dispatch orders for our Personalised Jewellery and unpersonalised items within 48 hours FREE OF CHARGE by Royal Mail. Personalised Gifts will be dispatched FREE OF CHARGE within 7-10 working days unless you choose our Express Delivery Service where your order will be dispatched within 72 hours and sent by Next Day Delivery. Children's Toys will be delivered within 7 days. Standard Fancy Dress Costumes will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Post and our Designer Costumes are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Post within 48 hours. If you require your Fancy Dress Costume quicker then you can choose 'Express Delivery' at the checkout which costs £5.95 per order.
How much is shipping outside the UK?
Once you've added your items to your basket and gone to the checkout you can select your delivery destination from the drop down country selection. The cost for shipping will automatically be calculated for your destination. Please make sure the item you'd like is available to overseas customers. Items which cannot be delivered overseas are clearly marked in the listings.
Can I view the total in my currency?
Yes you can. Just go to the checkout and choose your location from the 'select your location' box. This will automatically show you how much your total is in your chosen currency.
I can't see the keyring I'd like to purchase, can I choose my own design?
