Cr8 A Gift is committed to customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order then please contact us within 72 hours of receiving it.
PURCHASING ALCOHOL:-
Purchasing alcohol is strictly to restricted to adults over the age of 18.
If you are purchasing alcohol and you choose our FREE delivery service your order will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Post which will need to be signed for by an adult over the age of 18. If you choose our Next Day Delivery service your order will be also need to be signed for by an adult over the age of 18.
RETURNS:-
If your goods arrive damaged then you must inform us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement.
OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU:-
Personalised or engraved products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged in which case we will send an immediate replacement. If we have made an error on your order you can decide to either have a replacement sent or receive a full refund - GUARANTEED. Personalised goods are sent via the Royal Mail. Please let us know if your goods don't arrive in the specified time. Replacement goods will be sent if an item gets lost in the post.
Order Cancellations:-
For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. However, this does not apply to certain items which we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days beginning the day after the day on which the item is delivered.
If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to enquiries@cr8agift.co.uk or by telephone 01404 44662 before we have dispatched the goods to you or where goods have already been dispatched to you, the goods must be returned to us in accordance with the 'Returns' policy above.

We only use the information we collect about you lawfully. We aim to safeguard the privacy of all our users while providing a high quality of personal customer service.
When you buy goods from us, we ask for information such as your name, e-mail address, delivery address, contact details and, credit/debit card details. We keep a record of some information so that we can recognise you as a registered customer and fulfill your orders as efficiently as possible. We do not keep a record of your credit or debit card details. We keep a record of your purchases with us so that we can deal a lot quicker with any queries you may experience with your order.
We keep a record of any e-mail correspondence you send us. This helps us to identify and reply to any problems or concerns with our products or services.
We do not sell or disclose any information obtained about you to anyone outside of our company, unless it is required by law, or disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of customers, employees or property. We do not send out unsolicited e-mails or use any of your personal details for marketing purposes.
You can pay online using your credit or debit card or by PayPal or alternitavely you can pay by cheque or postal order. Overseas customers must pay online. Goods will be dispatched once your cheque has cleared. Cheques are to be made payable to Cr8 A Gift and sent to Cr8 A Gift, Unit 4 Durham Way, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, Devon, EX14 1SQ
VAT at 20% will be charged on all UK orders.
