If I order today when will I expect to receive my goods?

Here at Cr8 A Gift we can provide free delivery in the UK on all of our engraved gifts. All personalised gifts will be dispatched within 5 working days (please allow up to 10 working days during busy holiday periods) by Royal Mail. However, if you opt to purchase a gift from our website that doesn't need engraving then we can dispatch within 48 hours. However, if you choose to purchase alcohol engraved gifts from us here at Cr8 A Gift, Royal Mail will require a signature from an adult aged 18 or over at your address. However, if you live overseas you will unfortunately not qualify for our free delivery service for your personalised gift. We also supply a Next Day Delivery service in the UK for an added charge from £6.95 if you make your engraved gifts order by 12pm.

How much is shipping outside the UK?

Once you've added your items to your basket and gone to the checkout you can select your delivery destination from the drop down country selection. The cost for shipping will automatically be calculated for your destination. Please make sure the item you'd like is available to overseas customers. Items which cannot be delivered overseas are clearly marked in the listings.

Can I view the total in my currency?

Yes you can. Just go to the checkout and choose your location from the 'select your location' box. This will automatically show you how much your total is in your chosen currency.
