Items displayed on our website are in stock unless otherwise stated. We aim to dispatch orders for our unpersonalised items within 48 hours FREE OF CHARGE by Royal Mail. Personalised Gifts will be dispatched FREE OF CHARGE within 2-5 working days by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Post (Please allow the 10 days when ordering during busy periods) unless you choose our Express Delivery Service where your order will be dispatched same day as long as you order before 12pm or on the next working day and sent by Royal Mail Next Day Delivery. Standard Fancy Dress Costumes will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Post and our Designer Costumes are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Post within 48 hours. If you require your Fancy Dress Costume quicker then you can choose 'Express Delivery' at the checkout which costs from £6.95 per order. If you order before 12pm and choose Express Delivery your order will be sent on the same day.

How much is shipping outside the UK?

Once you've added your items to your basket and gone to the checkout you can select your delivery destination from the drop down country selection. The cost for shipping will automatically be calculated for your destination. Please make sure the item you'd like is available to overseas customers. Items which cannot be delivered overseas are clearly marked in the listings.

Can I view the total in my currency?

Yes you can. Just go to the checkout and choose your location from the 'select your location' box. This will automatically show you how much your total is in your chosen currency.
