Delivery and Payment

Postal Charges for mainland UK :

UK POSTAL SERVICES:- Here at Cr8 A Gift we can provide free delivery in the UK on all of our engraved gifts. All personalised gifts will be dispatched within 5 working days (please allow up to 10 working days during busy holiday periods) by Royal Mail. However, if you opt to purchase a gift from our website that doesn't need engraving then we can dispatch within 48 hours. However, if you choose to purchase alcohol engraved gifts from us here at Cr8 A Gift, Royal Mail will require a signature from an adult aged 18 or over at your address. However, if you live overseas you will unfortunately not qualify for our free delivery service for your personalised gift. We also supply a Next Day Delivery service in the UK from £6.95 if you make your engraved gifts order by 12pm. Personalised Mugs are dispatched direct from the manufacturer by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post

ALCOHOL:- If you choose our FREE delivery service and you are purchasing alcohol your order will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Post which will need a signature by an adult over the age of 18. If you choose Next Day Delivery your order will also need a signature by an adult over the age of 18.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY:- If you need your goods quickly you can choose our Next Day Delivery option which costs from £6.95 per order (depending on weight). If you pay before 12pm your order will be dispatched same day otherwise your goods will be dispatched on the next working day by Next Day Delivery which you'll need to sign for. For orders placed on a Friday before 12pm you can choose our Next Day Saturday Delivery Service (for Gifts only) or if you prefer you can choose our standard Next Day Service which will then be delivered on Monday

OVERSEAS POSTAGE:- Overseas orders to Europe and the Rest of the World are charged depending on the weight of the items, maximum weight of 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed For Post which is a priority service and should take up to 5 working days for delivery. Please contact us first if your order is likely to weigh more than 2kg. At the checkout, click on the country you live in and click on GET A QUOTE and the postage cost will be displayed. All items except our Personalised Mugs can be delivered overseas.

PAYMENT:- UK customers can pay online with a credit or debit card by World Pay or PayPal or you can send a cheque or postal order to Cr8 A Gift, Unit 4 Durham Way, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, Devon, EX14 1SQ. Orders will only be posted once funds have cleared. Overseas customers must pay online.

VAT:- VAT at 20% will be charged on all UK and EU orders. Orders for Jersey, Guernsey & Australia are exempt from VAT. Children's Fancy Dress is exempt from VAT. Prices shown with our products on our website are inclusive of VAT.
